Hi i have read that the adult daily dose for magnesiium is 420 mg however only 11 of mgcl is absorbed so takintg 1500 mg of mgcl will yield only 160 mg how can we get at least 300 mg in the body?

Try MgOx: Magnesium is available in many different forms. Magnesium citrate is used to clean out the bowel. Magnesium chloride is available as supplement, but the preferred form is the magnesium oxide. This appears to be absorbed better. Some patients with seizure disorders take up to 1500 mg mgox per day with benefit. For those with low mg there is better absorption of any form of mg.
