No, depends,: Is the ulcer from venous, arterial or diabetic neuropathic. Relaxation will not help any. Stop smoking, . Compression therapy for venous, improve circulation for arterial, offloading for neuropathic. These are the first line rx. However all need debridement and good wound care.
