Yes, but: It is not just septiclense on the leg ulcer that helps to heal , depends on other issues are addressed to heal the ulcer , like control of infection , diabetes along with other systemic diseases , removal of dead tissue ( necrotic tissue ) , improving blood supply etc are to be corrected
