I was diagnosed with an anuerysm in june of 2010 it was 5mm at that time how often should i get it checked out and are black spots in my vision?

Cause for concern: You should be under care of neurologist or neurosurgeon to make sure it is not enlarging. I'm assuming this is in your brain? If you have symptoms in vision or other neurological signs, get checked immediately, and there after every 3 months or so.

You don't : State where the anuresym is located. I am surprised the person that gave you the size did not tell you how often you need to be seen, this is something to discuss with them. Certainly, by now a return visit is recommended. See an eye doctor for your eye complaints.
