Snoring??: Obstructive sleep apnea has some classic symptoms which would include snoring, sweats during sleep, anxiety with frequent night awakenings (often people feel like they're choking or can't breathe), restless sleep, and daytime somnolence. One doesn't have to be obese to have osa. Especially if you snore, osa may be a worthwhile consideration. Please discuss with your doctor.
