Yes & yes: ED and PE are both curable and easily diagnosed at home. Ed (impotence) is the inability to attain and maintain an erection satisfactory for sexual activity. PE is exactly as stated - the man reaches climax/ejaculates sooner than desired, usually in just a few minutes. Cure for ED requires introspection as well as physical evaluation by family doc. Cure for PE is more mental plus lots of practice.

Another thought: Premature ejaculation is sort of 'in the eyes of the beholder.' I'm presuming it's a problem for one or both of you. There are some antidepressants that can sometimes cause a delay in ejaculation. Paxil (paroxetine) is an example. This requires a thorough talk with a doctor experienced in this area.
