What do the bites of body lice look like?

Small red bumps: People infected with body lice usually have increased itching and rash under the arms, stomach area and groin. But the rash can occur on any part of the body. The rash is usually made up of small red bumps on a red base. This can look different if you are scratching the bumps or they become infected. The best place to look for body lice is on the clothing.
