can a patient receiving multiple blood and plasma transfusions test positive for thc if the blood donor had recently used marijauna?

Not likely: The amount of thc in blood or blood products is not likely to cause a positive urine test. You are more likely to get a positive test from exposure to second hand marijuana smoke.
