No if you get treate: It is not uncommon to have a UTI during pregnancy and it can be treated successfully with appropriate antibiotics and will have no ill effect on the baby.

Uti: This gery common and treatable without long term effect to either of you. Need a culture done, preferrably a cath sample so the i.D. And sensitivities are known to choose an appropriate antibiotic for the situation.

Separated issue: Baby is protected by the fetal membranes from any outside influences. Germs would only bother the fetus if they entered your blood & traveled there through the placenta.A UTI won't do that. Common antibiotics can be prescribed which cure you while not hurting baby.
