What history...: That depends on the the type of leg curl you are doing. It also depends on the extent of the arthritis. Moving the joint through it's range of motion is beneficial to the joint in that is lubricates and helps with maintaining health cartilage. Applying too much weight may harm stabilizing tissues and lead to increasing instability instead of stability. Best to check with your doctor first.
