Probably not: Psoriatic arthritis typically affects the joints of the fingers and toes only, larger joints like the ankle are very rarely affected. As it is, only a small percentage (~10%) of patients with psoriasis develop psoriatic arthritis. I would look for other causes of your ankle pain.
