Toothpaste: There are many different toothpastes for sensativity. They take a while to work but they do work. Also avoiding any tooth whitening products. If that doesn't help see your dentist. You may have cavities or fractures from clenching. Your dentist should be able to help.

Prevident : Don't chew ice-this causes cracks in your teeth which cause sensitivty. Avoid whitening toothpastes and mouthrinses. Visit a dentist to fix cavities and treat gum disease. If you are still sensitive, the dentist can prescribe a toothpaste called prevident that you use at night after brushing your teeth. You will brush and spit but do not rinse-allow the paste to soak into your teeth.
