Crud !: If it is related to lifting heavy things, it is probably related to some loss of pelvic floor support and mobility of the urethra. As a temporary fix you you place a tampon in the vagina and that might help with the mobility. You could also try placing a diaphragm if that is available to you. Otherwise, get back from the vacation and see you doc....Enjoy the vacation.
