Only if they listen!: If they paid attention, they wouldn't be teenagers! bone health is probably not very high on the list of concerns for most teenagers. Too bad, especially for girls. It's an important time to be taking in enough calcium and vitamin d to build up bone mass for the stresses of later pregnancy and aging. But just try to sell that to a teenager!
