FAIR: Biaxin is a type of erythromycin. It has a lot of drug interactions. Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) or Clindamycin would be better for a dental infection.

It's ok: Niacin is a good antibiotic but i personally do not think it is zone good one for any type of tooth infection. There are different infections you can have those from the teeth and those from the gums. Specific infection require specific antibiotics.
