Diet & exercise: Wake up 15 minutes earlier and go to bed 15 minutes later. You only needs 30 minutes of exercise a day - you can go to youtube for free exercise videos. Dont skip meals. Drink at least 5 cups of water a day, drink 2 cups of water before you eat. Any dairy shoud be fat free (yogurt, cheese, milk, etc). Avoid alcohol, fried foods, red meat, pork, soda and sweets.
