It depends on lab: Personally, i strive for a turnaround time of 24 to 48 hours, but complex cases take longer.

It depends on: the lab and the logistics of your facility. You can ask them, I'm sure they would tell you what to expect. In my experience the range is about 2-5 days, but again, it is facility specific.

Depends: This depends on who performs the biopsy: radiologist or surgeon. I take a more hands on approach and deliver results in my office, in person in 2-3 days after the biopsy. If you have not received notification in 3 days, I recommend calling the physician who performed the procedure. 8 out of 10 biopsies performed will have non-cancerous results. Good luck!
