Over it.: Dentist can bond veneers over areas of tooth damaged by erosion to strengthen and improve the cosmetics of such teeth. A veneer is a thin chip of porcelain that is designed to seal the tooth and strongly adhear to the dentin and enamel of the tooth. With non eroded teeth, enamel is often removed before placement, with eroded teeth, less removal is necessary since it is already gone.

See below: It is good to try to cover up those areas, but know that the best bond is to enamel and likely you are talking about dentin. It still can work well, but not as well and it is more likely to fail, but if you maintain good hygiene and have it checked out you should be fine. Ask your dentist about your options.

See answer: Bonding is done the same way regardless of the tooth condition. The bond strength is best on enamel and won't bond as well or as strong where erosion is present but still will bond well.
