Do you know if recovery possible with congenital torticollis?

Dr. Scott Rickert answered

Specializes in Pediatric ENT and Head and Neck Surgery

Yes: Recovery is possible with congential torticollis. Most of the time, intensive physical therapy and/or occupational therapy is all that is needed. Rarely is surgery indicated and that is only reserved for those who are not improved with pt/ot.
