Give it time: Anticoagulants makes you prone to bruising, and you likely find when you bruise, it is more than noticeable. Bruises fade in time, so i would suggest you give it time. If the bruise enlarges, or pain is present, see your podiatrist or orthopedist.

Be careful!!: When on Heparin or any bloodthinner, bruising will occur if you are not careful and almost any hard touches to the skin will cause bruising.
