Typically: Tylenol (acetaminophen) (2 tabs every 4 hours) or advil (2 tabs every 4 hours) should give you relief. Also use a desensitizing toothpaste (sensodyne, colgate pro relief) and leave the toothpaste on your teeth for at least 30 minutes prior to rinsing. Also stay away from acidic liquids and foods and cold liquids and foods.
