Sun Protection: The development of rosacea is highly linked to sun exposure. Once you develop the tiny little red veins on your face, they can tend to engorge or fill up depending on different lifestyle triggers (alcohol, heat, etc.). In order to prevent the development of rosacea, you should protect yourself from the sun with clothing like a hat and high (>30) spf sunscreen.

What's natural ? : Your MD will recommend the latest evidence based treatment and discuss the costs and risks. It doesn't matter how 'natural' it is if it doesn't work. Remember, arsenic, botulinum toxin and Ebola are all natural.... but I wouldn't recommend you take any of them.
