Raise hands above head to lift the edges of diaphragm and raise up onto toes and jolt down then drink a small amount of water to put weight in stomach and then stroke from under left rib cage to navel 3 times to bring stomach below the diaphragm. Vigorous exercise increasing intraabdominal pressure pushes stomach above diaphram.
