Ice and exam: Ice it asap with a bag of ice covered with a washcloth. 10 min on 10 min. Off and get in for an exam asap to dentist or physician.

See a specialist: Hard to say what your problem is, but i was wondering if this has occurred before? Also, you may have dislocated the disk/jaw joint. I would see a dentist or tmj/tmd specialist asap.
