See an OB/GYN: This superficially sounds like an outbreak of herpes genitalis. This could be recurrence of a prior infection, or a new infection given to you by your partner. Just because you are monogamous does not necessarily mean your partner is. Need to have a chat and go to gynecologist and be checked.
