Lip trauma: This is probably resultant from trauma such as biting the lip. Most lesions will go away in about 2 weeks. If it persist, it should be examined by a dentist trained in oral medicine.

Irritation fibroma?: A detailed picture with symptoms will be needed to make a more definitive diagnosis. A biopsy may also be needed.
