Im 18 i have a really bad pain in my back of my shoulder sometimes aching pain somethime its like cold pain?

Medical history?: Have you suffered an injury of any kind or do you have any systemic illnesses? A good rule of thumb is if a pain does not dissipate in 3-5 days it would be a good idea to have it checked by a physician.
