Yes, but...: I you have fluid or puss coming out of your belly button (umbilicus), and you didn't just have a piercing or injury, you may have a fistula or cyst that extends much deeper into your abdominal area. It really needs to be checked out by a physician. If you have a piercing or injury and now it's draining puss, Mupirocin is not likely to help much. I would get this checked out as well.
