How to diet healty? because my baby still 7 month...

Diet & lactation: Healthy dieting involves exercise and consumption of appropriate calories. Mother nature makes sure that your suckling infant receives all the necessary nutrients from your milk sometimes creating deficiencies in your own body. Half your daily calories should be derived from carbohydrates; protein - 4 cal x 0.9 x weight in kg; the rest is fat. Hope that helps.
