Possibly but doubtfu: Any changes in a mole especially that size and multiple, would concern me enough that i feel you should see a dermatologies and have them evaluated.

See dermatologist: Although most likely benign, why guess? A dermatologist is better equipped to make a tentative diagnosis and may recommend a biopsy. Detmatomicroscopy may be employed.

Have them examined: Any spots or lesions changing in size, shape, color, irritability (itching, stinging, etc) may indicate the site is becoming active. Should be examined by you doctor or dermatologist to get recommendation. Removal and testing may be indicated to find out what the changes might be.
