Doctor can evaluate: A primary care doctor can evaluate to see if such symptoms are related. There are infectious causes that can make a person have a rash, vertigo (room-spinning dizziness), and shakes (chills). Some medications have side effects that include rashes, vertigo, ahd shakes (tremors, or fever/chills). No good way to tell what the cause might be without an evaulation.
