Not sure.: I see no link between ptsd and being 11 days late for your period unless rape ocurred as a result of which you could be pregnant. In this case anxiety can be very severe. If this is the case, you need to see an obstetrician and a psychiatrist.

PTSD and anxiety: PTSD is an anxious disorder so it is likely that your anxiety is triggered or heightened by the medical issue of possibly being pregnant. Call your doctor if you are afraid to go in and talk to the nurses online. They do a great job reassuring people and suggesting the best course of care. They can usually schedule you an appointment while on the phone with you.
