Yes: Unles you had a very, very specific situation in your work, there should be no reason not to return to work very soon after insertion. This is a very simple procedure that is not much more than getting a puncture as with getting an intramuscular injection. If you had unususal bleeding, bruising or other complication, then perhaps not. It sholdn't be a problem.
