A member asked:

What can i should about joint problems ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Get a diagnosis: The only way to answer the question is to know the diagnosis. Some joint problems are treated with local heat. Other ones are treated with ice packs. For some types of arthritis, exercise is beneficial. For others, rest is better. There are over a hundred musculoskeletal conditions that can effect joints. See your primary care physician. If the diagnosis is unclear, see a rheumatologist.
