Good question: Whiplash is a vague term, but if you have neck pain, headaches, dizziness, numbness, weakness, imbalance, loss of vision, double vision, or other persistent and troublesome symptoms following trauma from a motor vehicle accident or other event, likely best to get this evaluated. Most "whiplashes" gradually stabilize without much therapy in spite of advertising by entrapreneurial chiropractors.
