Active,exercise daily. I'm always hydrated &get electrolytes but get weekly disabling fatigue,lightheaded with very low bps& can't function & have to sleep the day or days & then feel better. I have lupus.Normal adrenal function tests.Possible cause?
Been going to the doc for back,musc twitching, and nausea. Had blood panel done. Flags in 3 areas. Anion Gap 6(L), CO2 30(H), and Creatinine 1.44(H). Doc says tests show normal/stable kidney funct and electrolytes. How should I interpret the flags?
If the Dr did a blood test to check electrolytes and magnesium would that show if calcium and magnesium were at the wrong ratio ?
Numerous tests show sodium level of 133 (range 136 - 145). Other electrolytes ok. I have hashis and mostly asymptomatic. Is the low sodium concerning?
