There are many: There are many peels that are used to treat the skin. Mild peels result in a little flaking and deep peels can leave the skin raw and take a few days to a week to heal. Depending on your skin and your desired result your physician can help you decide what depth of peel you will require. Aesthtecians also do peels, their training is not the same as your physician so be careful.
