What would you use to treat an eye cold?

No treatment needed: If by eye cold you mean a viral infection of the eye called viral conjunctivitis.It does not require any treatment and is self limiting but if there is bacterial infection or severe conjunctivitis called by adeno virus or herpes zoster virus than you need treatment with antibiotics, viral or bacterial.
