Myokymia: Most commonly twitching over the eyelid is rather benign, and is associated with fatigue, eye strain, stress, etc. However, less commonly, may be seen associated with problems at the brainstem (pons). The latter more likely involves more widespread areas of the face. Get reassured by a visit to an eye specialist.
