TTH: Tension-type headache are recurrent episodes of headache lasting minutes to days. The pain is typically described as dull, achy, nonpulsatile, pressing or tightening. The management of tth consists of psychological support, physical therapy and pharmacotherapies. It is a treatable condition. Rec. See a headache or orofacial pain specialist for proper evaluation.
