how can you refresh you eyes after the computer or psp?

Artificial tears: Computers exacerbate dry eye syndrome. You may increase tear volume by drinking more fluids, supplement with preservative free artificial tears; improve tear quality by eating more fish (omega 3 fatty acids). Rest, either by taking frequent breaks and adequate sleep are also helpful. See an eye care professional for advanced treatments such as punctual plugs, Restasis eye drops, etc.
