Topical corticostero: Topical corticosteroid cream of low potency such as Hydrocortisone 1% for starters. If this does not help then you need to see a physician who can prescribe temporarity a slightly stronger corticosteroid. If chronic than you need a steroid sparing product such as Elidel (pimecrolimus) or protopic.
