Which is most effective for pain from a surgical wound: aleve, motrin, or tylenol (acetaminophen)?

Combo: Usually naprosyn or Ibuprofen in combination with tylenol (acetaminophen) work well. Use prescription narcotics as needed, but make sure not to take too much tylenol (acetaminophen), because many of the prescription narcotics are already combined with that.
