Low Risk: Maintain a healthy lifestyle and you should remain at low risk. Periodic evaluations by your doctor are also helpful.

Risk calculator: Risk is low at your age. Suggest going to the american heart association website using their risk calulator my life check. http://mylifecheck.heart.org/pledgepage.aspx?navid=5&culturecode=en-us. It is a good interactive calculator. To properly fill it out, you will need some details, like cholesterol values. But it still works even if you don't have all the data.
