Can be initial sign.: Bleeding from your vagina either in between menstrual periods or after going through menopause can be an initial sign of uterine cancer.

Usually it means : That a woman who has gone through menopause started to see any amount of bleeding. Before menopause irregular bleeding usually means bleeding in between periods. Bleeding heavy one month , then not having a period for 2-3 month and bleeding heavy again is also not normal.
