Yes: Blood is never normal in stool. Go see your family doctor and get a referral to a gastroenterologist. You'll need a colonoscopy and perhaps even an upper endoscopy (esophagogastroduodenoscopy or egd) to determine the reason for blood in your stool. Don't delay. And stop drinking alcohol.
