See a Doc: If your knee is stiff and will not bend normally after a total knee replacement, you should see the doctor who operated on you. Sometimes it may be necessary to do something called a manipulation under anesthesia to break up scar tissue that may have formed to improve the range of motion. A brace will not help you get the range of motion back.

Arthroscopy: Typically if the implants are ok, arthroscopy can help with scar tissue and with PT restore motion
