Talk to your surgeon: Sorry to hear of your struggles. Stiffness after knee replacement can be a result of many factors: surgical technique, level of therapy after surgery, pain control, and more. I tell patients that recovery is 1/3 surgery and 2/3 therapy ! its best to talk this over with your orthopedic surgeon, and have him/her explain the factors leading to this and how it can be corrected with the least risk.

May need: Treatment for stiff knee after replacement is manipulation or arthroscopy if implants OK - much depends on X-ray and exam findings
