Timed intercourse: If you are having regular menstrual cycles then there is a good chance you are ovulating. The time you are ovulating (releasing an egg) is usually around day 14 of your monthly cycle. (day 1 is the first day you have bleeding.) you should have intercourse between days 12-15. You should only have intercourse once daily. Make sure you have started a pnv now.
