Weight loss: Try keeping a food journal, writing down every single thing you eat (even little bites or tastes). If you can find someone to exercise with (a trainer, or even just a friend), you will push yourself harder than if you're working out on your own. Talk to your parents about wanting to lose weight. Ask them to help you by preparing healthy meals that are low in saturated fat and calories.
